What you will do

• Execute quality control testing per the annual Digital Banking review schedule
• Assess key processes and controls in customer service, fraud, onboarding, payments, reconciliations, and transactions
• Partner with process owners to validate observations and develop management action plans
• Prepare and communicate results via reports to compliance, business units, and stakeholders
• Monitor industry issues and regulatory changes for impact on testing procedures
• Support maintenance and enhancement of the quality control framework

Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years in operations, payment services, or call center in financial services
• 2+ years in quality control, compliance, or operational testing
• Familiarity with Reg E, UDAAP, Reg DD, and other consumer protection regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
