What you will do

• Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test procedures.
• Perform functional, regression, and scenario‑based testing across system updates and deployments.
• Validate software behavior across hybrid and on‑premises/cloud environments.
• Identify, analyze, document, and track software defects using a bug tracking system.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand requirements and customer scenarios.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes, tools, and strategies.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a technical field.
• 10+ years of professional experience in software testing, quality assurance, or test engineering.
• Proven experience designing and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Strong experience creating test documentation, including test plans and test results reports.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze test results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Experience tracking and managing defects through established bug tracking systems.

Nice to have

• Experience testing infrastructure, platform, or backend services.
• Familiarity with Windows Server environments and file services.
• Exposure to cloud services and hybrid cloud architectures.
• Experience validating customer deployments and real‑world usage scenarios.
