What you will do
- Lead end-to-end GTM execution for product launches and category expansions across multi-channel campaigns.
- Conduct consumer research to develop positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences.
- Conceptualize and manage digital campaigns, content, and video production with creative teams and agencies.
- Design integrated digital media plans and social media strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and leads.
- Manage agency partners to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
- Measure and report on campaign impact for brand health and business outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of brand marketing experience in B2C Tech or E-commerce companies.
- Digital-first mindset with fluency in digital platforms and customer journeys.
- Proven cross-functional collaboration with business and growth teams.
- Experience leading at least one major product or category launch from ideation to analysis.
- Expertise in managing complex video production shoots and edits.
