• 2–3+ years in marketing, with experience as a marketing manager or project/account manager in a performance agency.
• Experience with advertising budgets from $20k/month.
• Ability to create high-performing creatives for Meta/TikTok.
• Understanding of key marketing metrics and their impact.
• Experience with CRO and landing page testing.
• Understanding of how Meta, Google, and TikTok work.
