What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications and backend services.
• Drive critical refactoring initiatives focused on simplicity, performance, and architectural clarity.
• Develop complex frontend interfaces and data-processing workflows.
• Translate abstract technical direction into concrete implementation.
• Collaborate with technical leadership to evolve core platform capabilities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience with Golang for high-performance backend services.
• 3+ years of Python experience for data processing.
• 3+ years of experience building complex UIs with React.
• 4+ years of experience designing and developing distributed systems at scale.
• 3+ years working with core AWS services in production.
• Advanced English proficiency is required.
• Must reside in Latin America.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated industries such as Healthcare (HIPAA) or Finance.
• Experience designing ETL pipelines or data engineering workflows.
