What you will do

• Lead the development of the React Native mobile app, owning architecture, performance, and code quality.
• Design, develop, and deploy features across the full stack, including frontend and backend.
• Build and refine offline-first capabilities to support field operations in low-connectivity environments.
• Design and optimize database schemas using PostgreSQL and Drizzle ORM.
• Write clean, testable code and conduct code reviews to uphold quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally in an Agile environment to ship high-impact features.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in React and React Native with strong command of JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Experience with Vite, Tailwind CSS, and Shadcn UI.
• Solid background in Node.js and Express.js.
• Proven experience with PostgreSQL and ORMs, preferably Drizzle ORM.
• Ability to architect and implement scalable RESTful APIs.
• Knowledge of web security best practices, including Helmet, CORS, and JWT.

Nice to have

• Experience with offline-first strategies and data sync patterns (e.g., IndexedDB).
• Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments.
