Salary: $100,400 - $133,500 USD

What you will do

• Review production goals, conduct plant rounds, and monitor shredders for safe operation
• Manage fuel quality, housekeeping, shredder maintenance, and shift transitions
• Serve as Fuel Control Line Authority, prepare Work Clearance Permits, and utilize CMMS for maintenance
• Lead daily safety meetings, conduct operator training, and supervise rail tipper, tipping floor, shredding, and metals processing
• Collaborate with Shift Supervisor, Maintenance, Fuel Superintendent, and Operations Superintendent on priorities

Requirements

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Successful completion of facility Qualifying Standards for Operations Fuel Supervisor and required technical training
• Ability to read safety programs including Lockout/Tagout, Confined Space, Hot Work; interpret process flow diagrams, blueprints, manuals
• Strong communication and leadership skills to motivate frontline teams
• Working knowledge of maintenance management systems
• Prior supervisory experience preferred
