Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 annually

What you will do

• Lead enterprise EHS programs covering occupational safety, environmental protection, waste management, pollution prevention, fire protection, and building codes
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, Cal-OSHA, EPA, DOT, and local regulations; manage permits, inspections, and audits
• Oversee hazardous, biological, chemical, and universal waste programs; develop training and emergency response preparedness
• Conduct accident investigations, risk assessments, ergonomic evaluations, and corrective actions
• Manage ISNetworld compliance, implement EHS software, establish KPIs, and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain Hazard Communication, SDS, business continuity, and contingency plans

Requirements

• Must be based in Irvine, California for onsite role
• Strong working knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations
• Proven ability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Experience interfacing with regulatory agencies and managing audits
