What you will do

• Install material handling and processing equipment.
• Perform changeovers and setups for packaging equipment.
• Maintain machinery and troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems.
• Improve machine performance and efficiency.
• Organize parts inventory and communicate with supervisors, mechanics, and vendors.
• Participate in capital projects and follow GMP policies.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associates degree in industrial maintenance preferred.
• Level 8 skills: Perform rudimentary tasks across electrical, control systems, mechanical shop/production skills, people skills, and innovation; excel in at least one area.
• Electrical: Power wiring, motor replacement, switch installation, circuit isolation/repair, blueprint reading.
• Control systems: Troubleshooting, programming controllers, component selection.
• Mechanical: Lathe/milling operation, welding, measurement, troubleshooting production equipment.
• Work in environment with fumes, moving parts, vibration; medium physical demands (21-50 lbs occasionally).
