Location: Onsite in Mounds View, Minnesota, United States. U.S. work authorization required.

Salary: $149,600 - $224,400 USD

What you will do

  • Lead root cause investigations to resolve issues and improve quality, service, capability, and cost.
  • Provide technical and sustaining engineering support in manufacturing areas.
  • Recommend and implement equipment and process modifications for quality standards and production efficiencies.
  • Integrate equipment and materials to meet process and technology specifications.
  • Review product development requirements for processing compatibility and interact with design teams.
  • Develop and optimize new manufacturing concepts, processes, and procedures for transfer to operations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and minimum 7 years of relevant experience (or advanced degree with equivalent)
  • Experience in fast-paced, highly regulated environments.
  • Ability to guide complex engineering initiatives and lead investigations.
  • U.S. work authorization at time of hire

Nice to have

  • Experience with FDA regulations/ISO standards for medical devices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence strategies and outcomes.
