Location: Full-time onsite required at San Francisco office

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 USD base + equity, bonus

What you will do

• Design and build scalable, robust APIs, libraries, and services for the API-first platform
• Own features from inception through deployment and customer integration
• Expose and document functionality for UI, third-party developers, and internal tooling
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Identify bottlenecks, fix bugs, and ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness
• Mentor peers through code reviews and best practices education

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Mathematics, Cryptography, or related
• At least 6 years in designing/implementing cryptographic solutions for enterprise back-end/server-side systems
• Strong knowledge of RSA, ECC, AES, SHA algorithms and protocols
• Strong experience with C, C++, or Rust; TypeScript, Node.js, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• RESTful API design, microservices, service-oriented architectures
• Unit/functional testing, debugging, Git/GitHub, CI tools
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ISO 27001, NIST, FIPS security standards
• Experience in TSS and MPC cryptography
• Understanding of cryptocurrencies, blockchain, or centralized finance
