Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 USD base + equity, annual performance bonus

What you will do

• Architect, design, and champion adoption of cutting-edge IaC tooling and automation solutions across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to identify and address complex infrastructure requirements for scalable, resilient solutions.
• Evaluate, integrate, and deploy advanced open-source and commercial tools to enhance security and infrastructure capabilities.
• Define, own, and execute technical roadmaps for critical system components aligned with business objectives.
• Drive operational excellence, reliability, and performance through project leadership, incident response, and on-call mentorship.

Requirements

• Extensive experience securing, scaling, and operating complex Kubernetes environments with ArgoCD, GitOps, Grafana, and advanced Terraform.
• Deep expertise with relational/NoSQL databases (connection maintenance, slow query analysis, index management) and large-scale object storage.
• Proven track record with GitHub Actions and architecting robust CI/CD pipelines.
• Mastery of major public clouds (AWS, GCP) including container orchestration, cost optimization, and fleet management.
• Minimum 7 years building, securing, and maintaining high-stakes production systems.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills with proactive disposition.

Nice to have

• Extensive experience with compliance frameworks and audit lifecycles (SOC, ISO).
• Advanced expertise in observability, web security threats, CSP, SIEM tools, and uptime-critical infrastructure.
• Track record translating technical work into business outcomes and mentoring junior engineers.
• Experience delivering impactful internal tools or automation improving developer/operator workflows.
