Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 USD base + equity, bonus

What you will do

• Architect and champion Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tooling and automation across the organization.
• Lead cross-functional collaborations to address infrastructure requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Evaluate and deploy open-source and commercial tools to enhance security and capabilities.
• Define and execute technical roadmaps for critical systems.
• Drive operational excellence through project leadership, incident response, and on-call rotations.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years experience building, securing, and maintaining complex production systems.
• Extensive experience with Kubernetes, ArgoCD, GitOps, Grafana, and advanced Terraform.
• Deep expertise in relational/NoSQL databases and large-scale object storage.
• Proven track record with Github Actions and CI/CD pipelines.
• Mastery of AWS, GCP, and container orchestration with cost optimization.
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with compliance frameworks (SOC, ISO).
• Advanced observability, web security, CSP, SIEM tools.
• Track record of mentoring juniors and delivering internal tools.
