What you will do

• Lead design and delivery of end-to-end ML systems for recommendations, ranking, and personalization, driving user outcome improvements
• Architect and optimize ML pipelines with data processing, training, evaluation, and deployment using tools like Spark and Airflow
• Build and deploy advanced models with PyTorch in high-scale production environments
• Develop LLM-based capabilities including prompt design and fine-tuning for production
• Drive experimentation with A/B testing and offline evaluation to inform product decisions
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to translate challenges into ML solutions
• Mentor engineers, fostering curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• 7–10 years of experience or equivalent in machine learning with production end-to-end systems
• Strong expertise in Python, ML frameworks like PyTorch/TensorFlow, recommendation systems, ranking, or NLP
• Experience designing and scaling ML pipelines and data systems like Spark or Airflow
• Hands-on with LLMs including prompting, evaluation, and production integration
• Ability to own ambiguous problems and deliver impactful outcomes
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
