Salary: $140,000–$150,000 CAD annually (Ontario)

What you will do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of photography professionals to maintain high creative and technical standards.
• Direct on-set photography and video shoots, overseeing lighting, composition, styling, and execution.
• Deliver hands-on best-in-class photography for key projects while providing oversight for studio output.
• Manage photography projects, freelance talent, budgets, and performance metrics across the region.
• Collaborate with Design, Account Management, Retouching, and Production teams to align on creative vision and client needs.
• Drive innovation by researching trends, implementing new technologies, and contributing to business growth.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or related field (Master’s or MBA an asset).
• 10+ years progressive experience in photography studio or creative agency; 8+ years leading creative teams.
• Advanced proficiency in Capture One and Microsoft Office Suite; expertise in food photography across platforms.
• Strong project management, analytical, communication, and budget skills in fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of still and motion production workflows; willingness to travel locally, nationally, or internationally.
