Location: hirify.global New York City office, Hybrid (2-3 days in-office per week or as per business needs)

Salary Range: $100,000 - $110,000 Gross (includes base + bonuses) depending on skills and years of experience + Standard Benefits

What you will do

• Support end-to-end employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding.
• Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
• Manage employee relations matters like conflict resolution, performance issues, and disciplinary actions while ensuring compliance.
• Partner with COEs in Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits to deliver HR programs.
• Provide HR insights and data to leadership for decision-making.
• Ensure consistent application of HR policies and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of progressive experience as HR Business Partner or similar HR generalist role.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
