TL;DR

Staff Data Analyst (Marketing): Setting the analytical vision and raising the ceiling on what's possible across the Go-to-Market team with an accent on marketing measurement strategy. Focus on defining frameworks, establishing best practices, and multiplying the impact of the analysts.

Location: Must be commutable to our NYC headquarters. We default to being in-office 3-4 days per week with required attendance on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Salary: $190,000-$220,000 + target equity + benefits in New York, California, and Washington.

What you will do

  • Work directly with various GTM teams to execute high-impact campaigns, experiments and projects.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of marketing analysts, setting standards for analytical rigor, documentation, and stakeholder communication.
  • Identify opportunities for optimization and revenue growth through analysis of our funnel, customer performance data, and experiments.
  • Own, iterate and improve upon our multi-touch attribution model and channel lift-testing.
  • Define, govern, and socialize marketing metrics and KPIs ensuring consistent interpretation across teams.
  • Leverage AI tools and automation to scale your team's analysis and focus on the most high impact initiatives.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in a highly analytical role, 3+ years in a marketing analytics or science role, ideally at a SaaS company.
  • 1+ years of experience directly managing or leading a team of analysts, including mentorship, project prioritization, and performance development.
  • Demonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate analysis, build automations, or improve workflow efficiency.
  • Strong perspective on the marketing experimentation lifecycle.
  • Strong working knowledge of stats.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Hex, Looker, Tableau, or other data visualization tools is preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM and Martech tools like Iterable, Hubspot, Eppo and similar is a plus.
