TL;DR
Data Scientist (Statistical Modeling): Developing statistical modeling capabilities to forecast orders and optimize factory efficiency, partnering with the trading team to identify causal relationships between the proposition and customer satisfaction. Location: Hybrid role, 2 days in London office.

What you will do
- Take ownership of order and revenue forecasting capabilities to ensure efficient factory operations.
- Partner with the trading team to identify key drivers of customer lifetime value through segmentation, predictive modeling, and causal analysis.
- Take ownership of existing churn prediction models, assessing performance and identifying opportunities for optimization.
- Provide expert guidance on segmenting churn prediction across customer types and cohorts.
- Collaborate with the analytics engineering team to develop a monitoring suite for data science models.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years in a data science role, applying data science approaches and deploying statistical models using real-world data.
- A bachelors or masters degree in a STEM related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with experience using core data science libraries.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS) and orchestration tools (e.g. Airflow, Dagster).
- Strong communication skills to translate technical insight into clear business recommendations.
- Highly competent time management and ability to prioritize and deliver impactful work.
- Skilled in data visualization and data storytelling (e.g. ThoughtSpot, Looker, Tableau).
Nice to have
- Experience leveraging Snowflake AI/ML and robust data pipelines to deliver scalable data science solutions.
- Subscriptions business experience.
