What you will do

• Drive frequent, consistent, and incremental improvements measured through enhanced user satisfaction and business metrics.
• Establish relationships and collaborate with executive leadership, sales, marketing, and customer success teams globally to deliver customer value and business efficiencies.
• Balance and manage a cross-section of our platform—from ideation and new product development to maintenance and retirement—while unifying the user experience and driving inclusive, accessible solutions.
• Research, evaluate, and synthesize client needs into coherent product plans and roadmaps, championing their implementation.
• Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to collaborate, create, and communicate strategies and plans while monitoring and reporting on key product metrics.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Electrical Engineering) or equivalent hands-on technical experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of launching multiple digital products.
• Strong understanding of mobile and web technologies and industries.
• Excellent leadership skills combined with superior interpersonal and communication abilities, making you an effective collaborator across all levels of cross-functional teams.
• Deep familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Openness to working across multiple time zones in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools and LLMs to enhance and accelerate product management workflows.
