What you will do

• Own the product strategy and roadmap for hirify.global's Analytics and Experiments products.
• Triage and investigate complex data and analytics problems to understand developer needs.
• Recommend, develop, and maintain new benchmarks and metrics that deliver value to developers.
• Set the vision for analytics and experimentation tools, breaking it down into meaningful chunks on a reasonable timeline.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and GTM teams to bring robust analytics and experimentation tools to market.

Requirements

• You have 5+ years of product management or technical product engineering experience or analytics experience, with meaningful time shipping complex products.
• You are highly proficient in SQL (or similar tools) and experienced in developing robust and scalable metrics.
• You are technical and can prototype with code (using your preferred AI stack).
• You're an excellent communicator, able to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
