What you will do

• Oversee day-to-day community activities across social platforms, including moderation and active engagement.
• Craft and adapt compelling, platform-native copy in both German and English.
• Execute editorial calendars and support campaign rollouts across multiple digital channels.
• Work with creative and strategy teams to ideate and brief content that builds meaningful community relationships.
• Monitor conversations, identify emerging cultural trends, and provide actionable performance insights.
• Maintain high standards of brand tone of voice and ethical moderation practices.

Requirements

• Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
• 5+ years of experience in a Community Manager or Social Media role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple simultaneous workstreams.
• Deep understanding of the nuances of major social platforms like Instagram, TikTok, X, and YouTube.
• Proven ability to flex tone of voice and deliver sharp, professional copywriting.
• Must be comfortable working in a collaborative, fast-paced agency environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with social publishing and listening tools such as Sprinklr, Khoros, or Hootsuite.
• Prior experience within an agency setting.
