What you will do

  • Define the strategy for a product line within the product portfolio.
  • Translate product vision into roadmaps aligned with OKRs across multiple squads.
  • Shape the global web tracking strategy and orchestrate delivery across various teams.
  • Deliver complex projects, such as re-platforming and consent changes, while safeguarding data quality.
  • Translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Establish and nurture a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team.

Requirements

  • Experience with web tracking architectures, including data layers and event schemas.
  • Hands-on experience with tag management systems (e.g., Tealium, GTM, Adobe Launch).
  • Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Adobe, GA4).
  • Experience with marketing campaign platforms and their integration with web analytics.
  • 3+ years of experience with first-party data collection and privacy/compliance requirements.
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies and their impact on tracking design.
  • 3+ years of experience managing large-scale tracking implementations.
  • Diagnose and direct resolution of data quality issues.
  • Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear guidance.
  • Understanding of analytics use cases to ensure tracking supports value.
  • 3+ years of experience governing tracking standards and documentation.
  • Experience digging into customer feedback and coordinating across teams.
