What you will do
- Define the strategy for a product line within the product portfolio.
- Translate product vision into roadmaps aligned with OKRs across multiple squads.
- Shape the global web tracking strategy and orchestrate delivery across various teams.
- Deliver complex projects, such as re-platforming and consent changes, while safeguarding data quality.
- Translate technical concepts into clear language for non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish and nurture a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product management team.
Requirements
- Experience with web tracking architectures, including data layers and event schemas.
- Hands-on experience with tag management systems (e.g., Tealium, GTM, Adobe Launch).
- Hands-on experience with web analytics tools (Adobe, GA4).
- Experience with marketing campaign platforms and their integration with web analytics.
- 3+ years of experience with first-party data collection and privacy/compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with front-end technologies and their impact on tracking design.
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale tracking implementations.
- Diagnose and direct resolution of data quality issues.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear guidance.
- Understanding of analytics use cases to ensure tracking supports value.
- 3+ years of experience governing tracking standards and documentation.
- Experience digging into customer feedback and coordinating across teams.
