What you will do

• Own and improve the user acquisition and onboarding experience, from sign-up to early user engagement.
• Partner with Marketing and Commercial teams to turn acquisition insights into product improvements that drive growth.
• Identify friction points in the player journey and design experiments to improve conversion and activation.
• Lead cross-functional delivery with design, engineering, and growth teams to deliver impactful product improvements.
• Build a deep understanding of user needs and behaviours through research and ongoing feedback loops.
• Use modern tooling to prototype and validate product ideas using AI-driven and prompt-to-app tools before handing them off for full development.

Requirements

• Significant experience as a Senior Product Manager in user-facing products, ideally with a focus on growth, acquisition, onboarding, or activation.
• Track record of partnering with Commercial and Marketing teams to influence acquisition strategy and drive growth.
• Strong user focus with a proven ability to surface and translate user insights into product decisions.
• Proven ability to improve sign-up flows, onboarding journeys, or activation funnels.
• A builder mindset — comfortable prototyping and experimenting rather than waiting for others to implement ideas.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered prototyping tools and prompt-driven workflows to validate concepts quickly.
