Solution Consultant, Associate (ERP): Providing expertise to hirify.global prospects and customers in support of hirify.global’s ERP license revenue and customer outcomes with an accent on industry and software knowledge. Focus on delivering strategic, industry competitive solutions and presentations while becoming the trusted advisor of our customers.

What you will do

• Understand clients’ critical business issues and demonstrate compelling, value-based solutions using hirify.global’s software capabilities.
• Work with individuals throughout the sales organization to develop overall account and opportunity strategy.
• Apply product knowledge, presentation skills and technical understanding to effectively present hirify.global products to prospects and customers.
• Mentor and assist in training junior SCs.
• Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitive products.
• Provide feedback to sales management and product management on potential new capabilities.

Requirements

• Experience in solution consulting (pre-sales), selling, using and/or implementing ERP solutions.
• Experience in Manufacturing planning, scheduling and execution, project-based manufacturing and / or after sales service or finance and accounting.
• Experience delivering presentations to all levels of an organization.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States for any employer without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.
• Ability to travel 40% or more.

Nice to have

• Experience working with hirify.global Syteline or other ERP products.
