What you will do

• Serve as a NetSuite subject-matter expert for SuiteProjects (SRP), Advanced Revenue Management (ARM), SuiteBilling, Financials, and Fixed Assets.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve functional and technical issues involving complex inter-module or integration dependencies.
• Design and implement scalable, efficient NetSuite solutions tailored to evolving client requirements.
• Act as the primary client liaison for ongoing support cases, ensuring accountability and timely resolution.
• Conduct rapid environment assessments and facilitate client onboarding into Managed Services.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for optimizations, resolutions, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 4+ years of hands-on NetSuite experience, including support and implementation.
• NetSuite certifications (ERP Consultant, Administrator, Financial User, SuiteAnalytics) are strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of NetSuite modules and business processes (R2R, P2P, O2C, D2B).
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple support cases simultaneously.
