Location: This is a Utah-based hybrid position which will require some regular in-office days each week.

What you will do

• Collaborate with UX designers and the engineering team to create complex web UI components and pages.
• Research technologies and engineer complete solutions to problems.
• Contribute to the ongoing improvement of systems and processes.
• Integrate AI into daily tasks using IDEs and plugins like Github Copilot and Windsurf.
• Leverage ChatGPT to streamline workload by brainstorming and refining ideas, and planning projects.

Requirements

• 3+ years of solid experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• 3+ years experience using React to build high-quality interactive user interfaces.
• Excellent communicator with PHP developers and UI Designers.
• Demonstrated ability to produce high quality, intuitive user interfaces from high-resolution mocks.
• Solid understanding of web standards and cross-browser web development best practices.
• Experience with version control systems like Git.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools like OpenAI APIs, or an inclination to learn prompt engineering.
• Experience leading projects with multiple developers.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects, including defining scope and taking ownership.
• Experience in Typescript, State Management tools (Redux, react-sweet-state, etc), and design systems like Material-UI.
• Experience with JavaScript testing with tools like Jest, Mocha, Vitest, etc.
