What you will do

• Develop scalable backend solutions using Ruby on Rails with serverless and microservices architectures.
• Implement responsive frontend interfaces using React and TypeScript.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect solutions and deliver features.
• Troubleshoot and debug full-stack issues from UI elements to database queries.
• Own production operations, monitoring, and SLA maintenance for larger system initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and React (including Redux or similar state management).
• Hands-on experience with AWS and Terraform.
• Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
• Ability to travel to the downtown Chicago office several times a month.
