Что делать

• Organize processes for supporting the division's systems.
• Ensure the effective and uninterrupted operation of the Bank's processing center.
• Implement innovations and develop new technologies and technological solutions in the field of bank card processing.
• Participate in projects: analyze requirements, design solutions, develop specifications, set tasks for developers, and implement solutions.
• Conduct testing of developed solutions and implement them for industrial use.
• Organize and execute application administration and support processes for the automated system and applications of the processing center based on Lecton products.

Требования

• Higher education (technical, IT).
• Experience managing multiple teams, from 5 people in direct subordination, from 20 people in functional subordination.
• Experience in administering or supporting processing software, preferably OpenWay, Lecton, Solar, Solanteс.
• Experience in organizing all support lines.
• Experience in implementing projects to improve the reliability, performance, and fault tolerance of systems.
• Knowledge of the rules of payment systems Visa, Mastercard, MIR and the requirements of NSPK.
• Knowledge of financial transaction standards (ISO8583).
• Understanding of the internal and external claim cycle of operations (dispute cycle), acquiring (POS-acquiring, Internet acquiring, ATM-acquiring) at the level of understanding the life cycle.
• Knowledge and experience in passing PCI DSS certification, experience with HSM Thales/Gemalto/Safenet/CryptoPro/SBP.
• Leadership qualities, skills in coordinating and synchronizing the work of teams, conflict management, stress resistance, skills in multitasking.
