What you will do
- Manage legal customer complaints, including consumer organization files and court cases.
- Handle data protection consumer rights requests.
- Coordinate legal inquiries with internal counsel to ensure compliance and service quality.
- Support VIP and sensitive customer complaint resolution across various channels.
- Collaborate on VIP communications projects and cross-functional initiatives.
- Analyze and report on the results of regulatory and service initiatives.
Requirements
- Native level Italian with excellent grammar and legal vocabulary.
- Proficient level of English.
- Background in the tourism industry.
- Experience working with CRM tools and G-suite.
- Must be based in Barcelona.
Nice to have
- Experience in legal case management related to GDPR and consumer regulations.
- Knowledge of GDS systems like Amadeus or Galileo.
- Proficiency in additional languages (French, German, Portuguese, etc.).
- Experience in PR, media relations, or VIP management.
