What you will do

• Monitor and analyze political initiatives within the EU defense dimension and NATO partnerships.
• Conduct research on relevant institutions and stakeholders in the Brussels environment.
• Produce policy briefs, fact-based memos, and analyses on legislative proposals and security developments.
• Contribute to internal information sharing and external monitoring efforts.
• Support the office in strengthening hirify.global’s position and brand in European security.

Requirements

• Currently studying or recently completed a university degree in political science, EU studies, law, economics, or similar.
• Strong interest in EU policy, NATO, defense, and security.
• Excellent command of English and Swedish (spoken and written).
• Understanding of EU and NATO institutions and decision-making processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Must pass security vetting (additional citizenship obligations may apply).
