Location: 80% or at least 4 days working on-site

What you will do
- Coach and advise managers on employability and absenteeism across all relevant phases.
- Support managers during employee conversations and ensure appropriate follow-up documentation.
- Analyze employability and absenteeism data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
- Coordinate sustainable return-to-work actions with internal health partners.
- Develop and implement employability action plans within Logistics Operations.
- Facilitate workshops and learning sessions to strengthen manager capability.
Requirements
- Familiar with the HERA methodology or willing to develop this expertise.
- At least five years of experience in employability, health advisory, or people-focused roles.
- Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to absenteeism.
- 80% or at least 4 days working on-site
- Registration in Verzuimsignaal to ensure follow-up and handover.
- Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
