What you will do

• Coach and advise managers on employability and absenteeism across all relevant phases.
• Support managers during employee conversations and ensure appropriate follow-up documentation.
• Analyze employability and absenteeism data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Coordinate sustainable return-to-work actions with internal health partners.
• Develop and implement employability action plans within Logistics Operations.
• Facilitate workshops and learning sessions to strengthen manager capability.

Requirements

• Familiar with the HERA methodology or willing to develop this expertise.
• At least five years of experience in employability, health advisory, or people-focused roles.
• Knowledge of legislation and regulations related to absenteeism.
• 80% or at least 4 days working on-site
• Registration in Verzuimsignaal to ensure follow-up and handover.
• Fluency in Dutch and English, spoken and written.
