TL;DR

Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Fintech): Responsible for helping clients operate and maintain hirify.global Dimension through a cloud-based offering with an accent on incident management, problem resolution, and maintaining high customer service. Focus on applying subject matter knowledge to solve business issues, generating solutions aligned with standards, and collaborating with global teams.

Location: Hybrid work arrangement (2 days/week in office).

Salary: 99,840.00 - 149,760.00 CAD Annual Base pay may vary based on factors such as years of experience, skills and qualifications.

What you will do

  • Operate under established protocols, assess incident priority, and take appropriate action, maintaining ownership and accountability for problems and escalations.
  • Support and maintain hirify.global clients across all aspects of SCDaaS service delivery, assuming responsibility for incidents and providing timely updates.
  • Collaborate with global teams to resolve end-user issues effectively, escalating complex problems per support tiers.
  • Apply subject matter knowledge to solve business issues using defined policies and guide internal/external contacts on hirify.global Dimension usage.
  • Generate solutions and implement services aligned with SCDaaS standards, keeping the knowledge base updated.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of related technical work experience; IT-based education (Bachelor or higher).
  • Experience with job scheduling and management using enterprise schedulers (e.g., Control-M, JAMS Scheduler, AWS Batch, Oracle SaaS Batch Scheduler, Active Batch).
  • Broad technical acumen including virtualization, middleware applications, interfaces, operating systems, networking, and databases.
  • Experienced in Service Support (Incident, Service Fulfilment, Change, Release, Problem) and extensive use of Service Desk tools (RemedyForce, ServiceNow, JIRA).
  • Understanding of service workflows and ITIL principles.
  • North America EST shift.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hirify.global Dimension or other large financial services software.
  • ITIL v3/v4 certification preferred.
