Cxtp Executive Intelligence & Engagement - Intern (Summer/Spring/Fall 2026)

Executive Intelligence & Engagement Intern: Supporting the launch of an Executive Community experience, focusing on creating an Executive Council, designing executive engagements, and establishing foundational processes for summits, dinners, and the Academy pilot. Focus on enabling scale, consistency, and quality in CxO interactions, with tangible impact on executive meetings, customer engagements, and internal efficiency.

Location: Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from our Austin office 3 days a week during the summer (May-Aug).

What you will do

• Own the delivery of the Executive Engagement Playbook and the council operations toolkit.
• Build the Executive Council operations kit, encompassing bios, briefing notes, and tracking mechanisms.
• Develop an executive event playbook for summits and dinners.
• Support the Academy curriculum and participant workflow.
• Create standardized templates for immersion labs and sprints.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing an Undergrad BA/BS or Masters MA/MS (MBA not required).
• Available for a full-time 12-week internship, working from our Austin office 3 days a week during the summer (May-Aug).
• Experience or strong interest in developing executive-level content, playbooks, operational kits, and program materials.
• Ability to own a high-impact project end-to-end and deliver portfolio-ready results.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative cloud services company.
