What you will do

  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing, and activating.
  • Build and convert a high-quality pipeline of fintechs, banks, PSPs, and digital platforms.
  • Open new markets, landing strategic logos and unlocking revenue fast.
  • Drive senior-level conversations with founders, C-suite, and product teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute seamless go-lives and expand accounts.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in B2B payment sales, with proven hunter DNA.
  • Strong network across PSPs, fintechs, banks, wallets, and e-commerce players.
  • Track record of exceeding targets and closing complex commercial deals.
  • Execution-first mindset: proactive, resilient, self-driven, and hands-on.
  • Fluent English & German; other European languages welcome.
