What you will do
- Deliver customer service through online and phone support.
- Provide solutions to customers with the help of supervisors from different departments.
- Provide detailed information about websites, procedures, payments, and requests.
- Inform customers about deals and promotions.
Requirements
- Proficient user of French language both spoken and written.
- Enjoy finding solutions to a variety of problems and supporting customers in a friendly and productive manner.
- Curiosity and interest in digital products and applications.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High level of flexibility and adaptability to maneuver in a very dynamic environment.
