Senior Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity)

TL;DR

Senior Customer Success Manager (Cybersecurity): Managing a portfolio of global accounts, driving adoption, renewals, and expansion of hirify.global's AI cybersecurity platform with an accent on increasing Net Revenue Retention (NRR) through upsells and renewals. Focus on conducting strategic business reviews with C-Suite executives and managing complex customer escalations.

Location: Hybrid, minimum 3 days a week in our Dubai office.

What you will do

• Manage complex deployments, escalations, and renewals, creating client advocates and driving usage and adoption.
• Conduct strategic business reviews with client executive leadership and health checks on the deployment.
• Present and demonstrate hirify.global cyber threat defense solutions to C-Suite executives and information security experts.
• Identify and negotiate complex upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
• Analyze customer engagement levels to assess risk and execute action plans to progress account health.
• Lead strategic initiatives and projects to build structure around the team.

Requirements

• Fluent English and Arabic is essential for this role.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Customer Success, Project Management, Business Development, Technical Account Management, Client Service, or Consulting.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Familiarity with enterprise networking technology and an understanding of cybersecurity concepts.
• Strong time management skills and self-motivation.
