What you will do
- Deliver high-level customer service via calls, live chat, and emails to passengers and chauffeurs.
- Ensure strict adherence to operational SLAs to protect customers' time.
- Maintain rigorous luxury communication standards in all interactions.
- Investigate and resolve service issues quickly and efficiently.
- Collect and escalate customer feedback to senior management to drive service improvements.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work in the office in Dubai.
- Languages: Fluency in both spoken and written English and French.
- Availability: Flexibility to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Experience in a customer-facing role within the luxury service industry.
- Ability to thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced contact center environment.
- Technical proficiency and excellent interpersonal skills.
