TL;DR

Client Success Manager (ERP): Managing and expanding partnerships with enterprise clients to drive adoption, retention, and cross-sell opportunities with an accent on executive relationship building and ROI delivery. Focus on leading client lifecycles, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring high satisfaction across a diverse portfolio of Oracle, SAP, and Salesforce users.

Location: Must be based in Dubai, UAE

What you will do

  • Drive client retention, cross-sell opportunities, and advocacy through strategic account planning.
  • Build and maintain C-level and executive relationships to establish trusted advisor status.
  • Deliver and communicate ROI throughout the client lifecycle to ensure active engagement.
  • Coordinate across executive leadership, sales, service delivery, and marketing teams.
  • Monitor client consumption of services using standard dashboards and provide detailed status reporting.
  • Implement social and digital selling strategies to maximize portfolio opportunities.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in Consultative Sales, Account Management, or Business Development.
  • Mandatory: Fluent English and Arabic (Written & Spoken).
  • Specific experience with Oracle, SAP, or Salesforce.
  • Proven track record of managing large portfolios and negotiating support contracts.
  • Must be based in Dubai, UAE.
  • Experience working with complex, multi-divisional, and multi-geographical clients.

Nice to have

  • French language skills.
