- Resolve support tickets and partner contacts using Hubspot.
- Identify root causes of issues and proactively flag recurring problems.
- Test and investigate software problems raised by partners.
- Maintain a test account to ensure all features are up to date.
- Exceed expectations in product knowledge and KPI achievement.
Requirements
- High-quality written communication in English.
- Technical mindset and comfort with health and wellness software.
- Ability to work at pace and adapt to evolving software.
