What you will do

  • Resolve support tickets and partner contacts using Hubspot.
  • Identify root causes of issues and proactively flag recurring problems.
  • Test and investigate software problems raised by partners.
  • Maintain a test account to ensure all features are up to date.
  • Exceed expectations in product knowledge and KPI achievement.

Requirements

  • High-quality written communication in English.
  • Technical mindset and comfort with health and wellness software.
  • Ability to work at pace and adapt to evolving software.
  • Curiosity and problem-solving skills.
