What you will do

• Support the adoption and utilization of digital collaboration tools across the company.
• Provide support to Digital Champions, including escalation routes, comms, tips, and early visibility of changes.
• Create user guides and training sessions, delivering them in digital formats such as videos and process maps.
• Build new tools using Office 365, such as SharePoint pages, Teams pages, Power Apps, and intranet pages.
• Work closely with People/Comms Teams to underpin their strategy.
• Engage with senior stakeholders, demonstrating tools, explaining adoption challenges, and presenting insights.

Requirements

• Basic knowledge of web-based technologies, including collaboration tools.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a creative and innovative mindset.
• Knowledge of the Office 365 suite and technologies.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with excellent communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Mac and Windows operating systems.
• Basic understanding of Adobe suite.
