What you will do

• Guide program teams' delivery and connect the dots across various programs.
• Develop program structures and drive operating rhythms for complex, cross-organizational teams.
• Identify and simplify program-level processes to enable smooth operation.
• Drive the creation of execution plans across all phases of planning, development, production readiness, and launch.
• Collaborate with leaders and stakeholders in executive teams, product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage dependencies at scale and resolve critical issues and risks effectively.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading programs and portfolios in a software-as-a-service (SaaS) development environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a matrix environment and influence at all levels.
• Outstanding communication skills for executive-level audiences.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams on complex technology programs using Agile and Scrum.
• Background in Fintech money movement solutions.
