What you will do

• Work horizontally across the company's most important strategic bets, ensuring they reinforce each other.
• Connect the dots between these bets, identifying risks and opportunities across different areas.
• Frame the highest-stakes product decisions, bringing clarity to ambiguous problems.
• Partner with the VP of Product on company-level product direction.
• Shape critical flows, pressure-test team strategies, and reframe problem-solving approaches.
• Raise the bar for product thinking across the team.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving measurable business outcomes across multiple product areas.
• Experience navigating major product inflection points.
• Experience leading without authority and influencing direction.
• Exceptional communication skills that flex across audiences.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional stakeholder environments.
• Strong analytical foundation paired with sharp product and UX instincts.
• Ability to operate with high autonomy.
• Experience in mobile-first consumer products.
• Experience with subscription or freemium business models.
• Experience working in a scaling startup environment.
• English is a must: fluency is essential.

• Background in the kids/family space or dual-audience products.
