What you will do

• Assist in client launches by coordinating cross-functional teams from contract to go-live.
• Gain exposure to project planning, operational workflows, and regulatory requirements.
• Support clients by understanding their needs and maintaining strong professional relationships throughout the onboarding journey.
• Contribute to standardizing launch processes and creating reusable documentation.
• Identify optimization areas to improve efficiency in the client experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in Berlin.
• Current student pursuing a degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field.
• Available for a minimum 4-month contract (6 months preferred).
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Structured approach with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Previous experience in fast-paced environments like startups, venture capital, or strategy consulting.

Nice to have

• German language proficiency.
• Basic knowledge of financial markets or APIs.
