Senior QA Engineer

What you will do

• Test various hirify.global products across the entire development lifecycle.
• Participate in product planning and create comprehensive test strategies.
• Analyze software requirements and maintain the defects database.
• Analyze test results and optimize existing QA processes.
• Mentor and support the development of new team members.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in technical support processes.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Czech Republic.
• 3+ years of experience in software testing.
• Deep understanding of software development principles and the QA process.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows, Linux, or Unix operating systems.
• Strong experience with network technologies and systems like DNS and DHCP.
• Proficiency in English for daily communication is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with databases like Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Knowledge of virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere and Hyper-V.
• Practical experience in test automation.
• Previous experience managing or developing a QA team.
