What you will do

• Write and maintain clear, consistent UI copy for the hirify.global Console platform.
• Develop and scale voice and tone guidelines alongside content patterns for the design system.
• Translate complex cloud and ML concepts into intuitive, actionable user interface language.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to influence product initiatives.
• Conduct content audits and propose alternative copy solutions to improve user experience.
• Participate actively in Product Design Team processes and rituals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in UX writing or content design.
• Strong product thinking and ability to design within complex system scenarios.
• Proficiency in English required.
• Familiarity with cloud computing concepts (Kubernetes, storage, networking) and AI/ML concepts.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Solid understanding of core UX principles, user flows, and system states.
• Portfolio featuring real-world interface cases and decision-making logic.

Nice to have

• Experience in technical writing.
• Experience with AI-powered plugins in Figma.
• Ability to review and update UI text directly in the codebase.
