Location: Must be based in Gdansk, Poland (On-site role)

What you will do

• Create and maintain documentation to support ISO 50001 energy management certification.
• Monitor and analyze facility operational data from sensors and meters to improve system efficiency.
• Utilize advanced analytics platforms like GE Cimplicity and SEEQ to gain operational insights.
• Manage purchase order tracking and support end-to-end payment processes for the real estate team.
• Perform regular office walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility-related issues.
• Maintain data accuracy and support audits in the facility asset management system, IBM Maximo.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an engineering degree program (e.g., electrical, mechanical, energy systems, building technologies, or automation).
• Ability to remain a student for at least 12 months.
• Availability to work at least 20 hours per week.
• Fluent in English and Polish (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
