What you will do

• Oversee daily operations for the global card issuing business to improve efficiency and process execution.
• Manage post-launch product cycles, including activation workflows, promotional campaigns, and user support.
• Coordinate with banks, Visa/Mastercard, and issuing service providers to resolve operational blockers.
• Drive growth by analyzing transaction data and user behavior metrics to optimize card issuance and conversion.
• Monitor key operational performance indicators and proactively resolve system exceptions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of operations experience within payments, fintech, or internet industries.
• Experience with Visa/Mastercard card issuing business is preferred.
• Deep understanding of operational processes between banks, card networks, and service providers.
• English proficiency sufficient for daily work communication is mandatory.
• Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to identify problems and implement operational improvements.
• Excellent cross-team and cross-regional communication skills with a results-oriented approach.
