What you will do

• Ensure timely and precise delivery of services according to client specifications and quality standards.
• Consult with clients regarding business concerns and provide actionable recommendations.
• Conduct external presentations to drive client satisfaction and identify business opportunities.
• Develop a strategic understanding of industry trends, competition, and opportunities.
• Lead and coach team members to build a stable team with solid expertise and a succession pipeline.
• Oversee internal and external projects, including the preparation and delivery of reports.

Requirements

• BA / BS degree (MBA desirable).
• 8+ years of research or marketing experience in leading Market Research, FMCG, or Retailing companies.
• At least 3 years in a team leader or people manager position.
• In-depth understanding of at least 2 major FMCG Food categories and knowledge of manufacturer planning, marketing, and sales.
• Strong commercial sense and in-depth understanding of trade marketing strategy.
• Good English skills, both written and oral.
