What you will do

• Lead business performance analysis for products including cross-border payments, wallets, and trading.
• Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Growth teams to extract insights for user acquisition and retention.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, data models, and reports for strategic planning.
• Track KPIs across user funnels, transaction behavior, and product usage.
• Conduct competitive analysis and market research in the cross-border space.
• Design and evaluate A/B tests, pricing models, and customer segmentation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in business analysis, with at least 3 years in Internet or cross-border products.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Exceptional English communication skills for executive-level reporting.
• Strong understanding of cross-border product models.

Nice to have

• Experience with Python or R for statistical modeling.
