What you will do
- Lead the full VIP user lifecycle, including acquisition, activation, retention, repeat engagement, asset retention, and long-term value growth.
- Develop VIP segmentation models based on asset size, trading behavior, activity levels, and user preferences.
- Design membership benefits, loyalty programs, gamification, targeted outreach, and personalized services to improve retention and engagement.
- Build referral, invitation, advocacy, and VIP conversion programs to drive organic growth and asset expansion.
- Design A/B tests and lifecycle-based initiatives, using monitoring frameworks and funnel analysis to validate hypotheses and improve performance.
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Sales, Compliance, and Risk teams to improve the VIP experience.
Requirements
- Experience managing VIP, high-net-worth, or key user segments, with demonstrated results in retention, engagement, conversion, repeat activity, or asset growth.
- 5+ years of experience in the internet industry, including at least 3 years in senior user operations, VIP operations, or growth roles.
- Strong knowledge of user segmentation, A/B testing, funnel analysis, lifecycle management, and personalized operational strategies.
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, or user operations tools.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to build monitoring frameworks, identify issues through data, validate hypotheses, and implement solutions.
- Fluent English and Mandarin required, with the ability to work with global teams, overseas partners, and stakeholders.
